do I place an order?
Placing an order with
us is easy. If you find an art piece you wish to purchase, please use
the order form, making sure to
include the correct item number(s). You will receive an e-mail from
us confirming your order, the price, and payment options.
If you are unable to
access our order form, simply call us Monday through Friday at 541 752-3982
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, and
a real, live person will take your order. We regret that we are not
available weekends or holidays.
Payment
options
We accept MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, check, money order, cashier's check, and bank wire
transfer. After
receiving confirmation of your order, please call with your credit card
information, or mail your payment to the address below. Orders are
processed upon receipt of payment. Orders paid for by MasterCard, Visa,
cash, money order, or cashier's check are shipped immediately. Please note
that all orders paid by check are subject to a hold of seven (7) banking
days.

How is my order
packaged?
Our fine art giclée
prints are rolled with protective wrapping paper and packaged in a sturdy
cardboard tube.
What if I want
to send an Acorn Studios print as a gift?
Although our packaging
is not conducive to gift wrapping, we do offer a gift card at no additional
charge. Simply e-mail or call us with the text you would like to appear on
the card, and we will hand-write it, then ship the print with card enclosed
to the recipient you designate. To view a sample gift card, click

Can I purchase a framed
print?
At this time we do not
offer framed prints, but we are actively exploring this option. Feel free
to call us for an update.
What
is your return policy?
AcornStudios.com has
made every effort to represent our original art in its truest form. However,
in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact
us within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Refunds are at the discretion
of the artist.
Please repackage the
print(s) carefully in the original packaging. Print(s) must be in original
condition (no tears, creases, scratches or dirty spots).
Shipping and handling
costs will not be refunded, except in the event of a damaged or incorrect
order. A small restocking fee (commensurate with your moral probity)
may be assessed. |
